Al Carey is president and chief executive officer of Frito-Lay North America, where he leads PepsiCo’s $12 billion snack and convenient foods business.
Al was appointed to his current position in June 2006. He previously served as president of PepsiCo Sales, responsible for PepsiCo’s sales and customer management for retail, foodservice and fountain businesses. In this role, he was the architect of PepsiCo’s successful “Power of One” cross-divisional strategy, leveraging the combined strengths and capabilities of all its businesses under a unified approach to customers.
Before that, he was chief operating officer for PepsiCo Beverages & Foods. He also served as senior vice president of sales for Pepsi-Cola North America, with responsibility for Pepsi's sales organization, fountain beverage division and management of its bottler community. He joined PepsiCo and Frito-Lay in 1981 as director of trade development for Frito-Lay, following seven years in sales at Procter & Gamble.
Al graduated from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the board of directors of Home Depot, the world’s largest home improvement retailer. He is also a member of the University of Maryland Board of Trustees and the Smith School of Business Deans Advisory Council at the University of Maryland. He is also on the board of corporate advisers to the National Council of LaRaza and on the advisory council of Portland State University’s Food Industry Leadership program.
Marc Guay
President
PepsiCo Foods Canada
Marc Guay is president of PepsiCo Foods Canada, which includes the Frito Lay Canada and Quaker Foods and Snacks businesses. He has held this role since 2008.
Marc began his career with PepsiCo in Canada in 1986. Since then, he held a variety of positions, primarily in sales and general management, including senior vice president of sales and marketing, vice president of sales, and area vice president for Hostess Frito-Lay’s eastern and western areas, before becoming the Frito Lay Canada president in 2001. Before joining PepsiCo, Marc worked for Procter and Gamble.
Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (affiliée à l’Université de Montréal). He has been actively involved in the Food and Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC) Industry Association for several years, serving on its board of directors since 2001. He was appointed and served as chair in 2007. In 2008, Marc joined the board of directors of The Grocery Foundation, a charitable organization devoted to helping underprivileged children.
Marc Kesselman
Vice President & General Counsel

Marc Kesselman is vice president and general counsel of PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay North America division. Marc oversees legal, regulatory and policy issues relating to Frito-Lay’s $12 billion snack food business and its 45,000+ employees.
Before joining Frito-Lay, Marc served as general counsel of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. After being nominated to this position by the U.S. President and unanimously confirmed by the Senate, Marc advised the Secretary of Agriculture and directed all legal activity for the department. He led a team of more than 300 legal professionals in 18 offices across the country.
Before joining the USDA, Marc served as deputy general counsel in the White House Office of Management and Budget, where he handled a wide range of regulatory, budgetary and legal policy matters, mediated interagency disputes and formulated presidential executive orders. Marc also worked at the U.S. Department of Justice as senior counsel in the Office of Legal Policy, and as a trial attorney in the civil division.
Previously, Marc worked as an attorney at a Washington, D.C. law firm. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Hon. Julia S. Gibbons, then chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
A native of Memphis, Marc graduated with high honors from Cornell University, and with honors from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Randy Melville
Senior Vice President of Sales

Randy is senior vice president of sales at Frito-Lay North America, where he is responsible for leading the customer strategies that fully maximize Frito-Lay's more than 20,000-person sales force and ensure the exceptional customer service and execution Frito-Lay is known for. He assumed this role in 2006, He was previously vice president and general manger of sales for the southern division of Frito-Lay, chief customer officer for Frito-Lay, and vice president of urban/ethnic marketing for Pepsi-Cola Co. He joined Frito-Lay in 1993. Before leaving Frito-Lay for two years to lead Maytag’s selling organization as senior vice president, Randy was vice president of sales in Texas and Colorado for Frito-Lay. He also served as director of sales for Frito-Lay’s Mountain Region.
Before joining Frito-Lay, Randy held numerous leadership positions with Procter & Gamble. Randy graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
Jaime Montemayor
Senior Vice President & CIO
Frito-Lay North America
Jaime Montemayor is senior vice president and chief information officer for Frito-Lay North America. He is responsible for the strategy, planning and delivery of IT capabilities and services for Frito-Lay.
Previously, Jaime was senior vice president and CIO of PepsiCo Transformation, responsible for the delivery of SAP and Data IT solutions for Quaker, Tropicana and Pepsi-Cola North America. Before this appointment, Jaime served as CIO for Frito-Lay North America and Frito-Lay International, including all IT operations for Quaker snacks and foods outside the U.S.
Jaime joined PepsiCo in 1995 as CIO for PepsiCo’s Gamesa business, Mexico’s largest cookie and biscuit company. Before joining PepsiCo, Jaime was a principal with Booz Allen Hamilton and a technical director with Oracle Corp. in Europe and Latin America.
Jaime received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico and a master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University.
Anindita Mukherjee
Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

Anindita (Ann) Mukherjee is senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Frito-Lay North America. She leads Frito-Lay’s best-in-class marketing disciplines -- brand marketing, advertising, customer marketing, in addition to insights, innovation and marketing services. Before becoming CMO, Ann was group vice president of marketing for all Frito-Lay core brands. Ann started her career with PepsiCo in 2005 at Frito-Lay’s Convenience Foods division, where she led marketing, new product innovation, consumer insights and strategy and for all Quaker snacks.
Ann has more than 15 years of brand management and marketing experience. She started her marketing career working on new product development for Citibank Diners Club. She then moved to Kraft, where for nearly 11 years she worked across several brands, including Kraft Mac ‘N Cheese, Kraft Singles, Taco Bell, Minute Rice, Stove Top Stuffing, Velveeta and DiGiorno. She also worked on developing global new products for Kraft.
Ann received her bachelor’s degree and her MBA from the University of Chicago. In 2007, Advertising Age named Ann one of the “Top 30 Women to Watch,” and Brandweek named her one of its “Marketers of the Year.”
Daniel Naor
Senior Vice President of Business Innovation

Daniel Naor is senior vice president of business innovation for Frito-Lay North America, where he leads efforts to transform Frito-Lay’s selling, distribution and merchandising, go-to-market systems, manufacturing, supply chain, business processes, information technology infrastructure and associated change management. The overarching goal is to strengthen the company’s competitive advantage and institutionalize world-class service, flexibility and profitability while winning the war for talent.
Daniel also leads PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF) business innovation, stewarding resources at Quaker, Sabritas, Gamesa-Quaker and South America Foods by leveraging best practices, capturing synergies and addressing strategic customer needs.
Before joining Frito-Lay, Daniel was a partner and management group member at McKinsey & Co. From 1990 to 2002, he directed and managed more than 100 projects in strategy, organization and operational improvement areas. He served clients in the United States, Europe and Latin America in the consumer goods, retail, high-tech and industrial sectors as a leader of the global operations strategy and effectiveness practice.
Before McKinsey, Daniel worked at ELOP Electro-optics Industries (now Elbit Corp.) in project management and marketing leadership roles. He began his career at the Israeli Air Force, where he held several responsibilities as department commander and project officer in field and headquarters roles. Daniel earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He earned his MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD).
Charles Nicolas

Charles Nicolas is vice president of public affairs for Frito-Lay North America, where he is responsible for developing strategic external and internal communications that support the company’s growth initiatives and profit plans.
Charles joined FLNA in 2003, after serving as public relations director for PepsiCo Beverages International, the beverage division of PepsiCo consisting of Pepsi-Cola International, Tropicana International and Gatorade International. In that role, which he assumed in 2000, he managed the public image for soft drink and functional beverage operations in almost 200 countries outside the U.S. and Canada. He implemented a focused communications strategy to roll out the new PBI organization to headquarters and international staff, developed and directed PR resources according to market priorities and managed challenges to minimize business impact. The successful implementation of this strategy helped promote strong momentum for the international beverage business and alignment with PepsiCo’s growth platform.
Charles previously served as media relations manager for Burger King Corp. (BKC), where he oversaw several successful PR campaigns and managed crisis communications. Charles also previously held several positions with Miami-Dade County, including media relations manager for the mayor.
Charles holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunication from the University of Florida and an MBA in international business from the University of Miami.
David Rader
Executive Vice President & CFO

Dave Rader is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Frito-Lay North America, where he is responsible for driving the company’s continuous annual growth and oversees finance, strategic sourcing, supply chain productivity, strategy, control, transformation and SAP implementation.
After graduating from Ohio State University, Dave started his career at Chrysler Corp. in 1973, working in marketing and strategy. In 1975, Dave began his career with PepsiCo as an analyst with Frito-Lay. Dave led the marketing and strategic direction of the company’s Taco Bell acquisition and was controller. He served as vice president of finance and general manager of the South Pacific region for PepsiCo Food Service, a shared services organization created to support PepsiCo Restaurants. He later became CFO of PepsiCo Food Service (PFS) and was a key member of the team that divested PFS to AmeriServe in 1998.
Dave is a member of the Ohio State University Alumni Association, a member of the Advisory Council of The University of Texas Red McCombs School of Business and the Southern Methodist University Finance Club Board. He served as chairman of various committees and fund-raising efforts for St. Andrew United Methodist Church and has also served on various charities’ boards in Plano and Dallas.
Tom Reynolds

Tom Reynolds is vice president and general manager of the Frito-Lay foodservice and vending organization. He is responsible for sales and marketing of Frito-Lay, Quaker, Gatorade and Tropicana products for the company's foodservice customers.
Since joining PepsiCo in 1980, Tom has held several foodservice and cross-divisional sales leadership roles, including vice president of integration, leading efforts to combine the foodservice and vending resources of Pepsi-Cola North America (PCNA) and Frito-Lay North America. He also previously served as vice president of field sales for Pepsi-Cola North America and vice president and general manager of Quaker Foodservice.
Tom received a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of Business at The University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the board of directors of NAMA, the national trade association of the food and refreshment vending and foodservice management industries.
Mark Schiller

Mark is senior vice president of New Ventures at Frito-Lay, where he is responsible for creating growth opportunities for Frito-Lay beyond its core savory snacks. Mark previously was president of PepsiCo’s $3 billion Quaker Foods & Snacks division for almost three years, leading business growth and innovation for some of America’s most trusted brands, including Quaker, Rice-A-Roni, Cap’n Crunch and Aunt Jemima. Before that, Mark was senior vice president and general manager of Frito-Lay’s Convenience Foods division for five years.
Mark began his career at Quaker in 1985, and remained at the company through 1996, gaining cross-disciplinary experience through marketing, manufacturing, sales and distribution roles.
In 1996, Mark left Quaker to become president of Valley Recreation Products, the market leader in coin-operated pool tables. Mark then became president of Tutor Time Learning Systems, the world’s largest franchiser of child-care centers. He rejoined PepsiCo in 2002.
Mark received his bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He sits on the boards of two leading advocacy groups for the disabled; the Northern Suburban Special Recreation Association and Disabilityworks, in partnership with the Greater Chicago Chamber of Commerce. Mark is also executive sponsor of PepsiCo’s EnAble employee network, in support of helping differently-abled employees succeed at PepsiCo.
Leslie Starr Keating

Leslie Starr Keating is senior vice president of operations for Frito-Lay North America, a position she assumed in February 2008. Leslie leads Firto-Lay’s 22,000-person strong operations team, which is responsible for making and moving Frito-Lay snacks throughout the United States and Canada. Before her current assignment, Leslie held various positions with Frito-Lay in field operations and headquarters.
Before joining PepsiCo in 1985, Leslie spent four years at Procter & Gamble. She received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Georgia State.
Michele Thatcher

Michele Thatcher is senior vice president of Human Resources for Frito-Lay North America, where she is responsible for areas including recruiting, organizational management and design, talent development, benefits and compensation, diversity and inclusion and more. Her team includes members from almost every department of the Frito-Lay organization.
Michele previously served as Frito-Lay’s vice president and general counsel. Before joining the company in 1998, she was partner at Baker & Botts in the employment law section.
Michele received a bachelor’s degree with honors from Texas A&M University and a law degree from Southern Methodist University.
Mike Zbuchalski

Mike Zbuchalski is group vice president of research and development for Frito-Lay North America. In this role, Mike leads Frito-Lay’s team of innovative engineers, scientists and culinary chefs who are creating healthier snacking and environmentally sustainable packaging.
Since joining Frito-Lay in 1995, Mike has led many of Frito-Lay’s new products and strategic innovation platforms. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech. He is the executive sponsor of Frito-Lay’s Support Team Connection employee resource group.
Paul Zmigrosky

Paul Zmigrosky is group vice president of strategic sourcing for PepsiCo Americas Foods, which includes Frito-Lay North America. Paul is responsible for procurement, logistics and supply chain management for all raw materials, contract manufactured finished goods, and other goods and services to support Frito-Lay’s U.S. and Canadian operations and Quaker Foods, as well as all procurement and commodity risk management for PepsiCo’s global commodity and ingredient requirements. Paul has been with PepsiCo for more than 30 years, and has held numerous leadership positions in both operations and finance as well as strategic sourcing.
Paul graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and holds an MBA from the University of Texas. Paul serves as chairman of Share Plus Federal Bank, is a member of the Dallas Zoological Society board of directors and has also served on Texas Gov. Rick Perry’s Competitiveness Council.
