Frito-Lay Albertson's Fall Into Family Movie Rental Offer (“Offer”) Terms and Conditions

The Offer is valid to individual consumers only who are legal U.S. residents residing in one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. states or the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of participation. Not valid with any other offer. Void where prohibited by law. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

To participate, complete the following steps:

1. Between October 15, 2021, 9:00:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and November 16, 2021, 11:59:59 p.m. CT (“Offer Period”), clip the “Save $2 when you buy one (1) 18ct, 28ct, or 42ct Frito-Lay Multipack, PLUS either one (1) XL Smartfood Bag (4.5oz – 10oz), OR one (1) XL Sun Chips Bag (6oz – 7oz)” digital coupon (“Coupon”) via the Albertsons for UTM loyalty app (“App”) which has been downloaded to your web-enabled smartphone or alternatively, you may download a Coupon from your participating retailer’s website by going to https://www.albertsons.com/foru logging into your retailer’s loyalty program account and following the instruction to download a Coupon. New users will be required to register for an account, and input their first and last name, email address, mailing address, phone number and date of birth. A new Coupon will be available every week. If you choose to download the App to participate in the Offer, be aware that STANDARD DATA RATES MAY APPLY to the download and use of the Albertsons for UTM loyalty app or VUDU app. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. Participants are solely responsible for any such charges.

2. Purchase one (1) 18ct, 28ct, or 42ct Frito-Lay Multipack, PLUS either one (1) XL Smartfood Bag (4.5oz – 10oz), OR one (1) XL Sun Chips Bag (6oz – 7oz) (a “Qualifying Purchase”) while supplies last, in a single transaction and redeem the coupon at any participating Albertsons location during the Offer Period. See below for list of Qualifying Products. All redemptions must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on November 16, 2021.

Limit: Four (4) redemptions per Household for the duration of the Offer Period.

3. Upon verification of a Qualifying Purchase, you will receive an email containing one (1) VUDU Promotional Code (“Code”) with instructions on how to redeem your Code for a digital movie rental up to a $7 total value; see details in Step 4. Allow up to seven (7) business days for validation of your submission and fulfillment of your Code.

4. Follow the instructions in the email you received to redeem your Code. Vudu Promotional Code is good towards one rental of any movie (excluding “Home Premieres”, Premium Video on Demand, Disc + Digital or Mix & Match transactions, or any other early release window content) on Vudu.com and via participating Vudu apps (up to $7 total value). You may be required to pay taxes separately. You must have a Vudu account to redeem your Code. Vudu is free to join; you must be 18 years of age or older to open a Vudu account. Credit card may be required for transactions on Vudu.com. Code must be loaded to your account by 5/31/2022 and must be used within 30 days of loading to your Vudu account. One Code per transaction. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Not valid with any other offer. One-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. Limit four (4) Codes per household, while supplies last. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Offer at any time. Restrictions/conditions may apply. Any attempt by any person to submit more than four (4) redemptions using multiple names, email addresses, mailing addresses, or any other fraudulent mechanism, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, shall give Sponsor the right to deny the redemption. The Offer is limited to while supplies last and Codes are distributed on a "first come, first serve" basis in relation to when a participant submits a redemption (as outlined in Step 2 above) and when the submission has been verified as valid. Once the inventory of Codes allotted to this Offer has been exhausted, the Offer will expire and no longer be available for redemption. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion (without obligation) to substitute an item offered for this Offer. No exchanges, returns or refunds on Codes or the digital movie rentals or digital movie purchases are permitted for any reason. Sponsor does not guarantee the availability of a Code for any period during this Offer.

By participating in this Offer, participants agree, for themselves and for their heirs, executors and administrators, to release, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Albertsons Companies, Inc., Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC, and their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, liability, damage, injury including death, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any digital movie rental or digital movie purchase (including any travel or activity related thereto). No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Released Parties resulting from participant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Offer or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Offer. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Offer: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the Offer in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Offer, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Offer, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of participant’s contact information provided for the Offer. Coupons and Codes may not be transferred, sold, bartered, auctioned (including through Internet auction sites), given away, traded, or obtained through any source other than through the method described in these Terms and Conditions.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER, OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE OFFER IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
