Rold Gold Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Rods
Ingredients:
1 16oz bag of Rold Gold Rods
1 bag of Milk Chocolate Chips
Red/White/Green Festive Sprinkles
Directions:
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Melt chocolate chips by following instructions on the bag.
Pour chocolate into a cup or jar.
Dip pretzel rod into chocolate and twist until each side is covered.
Place on cookie sheet to cool, add sprinkles on top.
Let pretzels cool and harden, enjoy!
Frito-Lay Christmas Mix
Ingredients:
5 Cups of Smartfood Smart50 Popcorn
1 (11oz) Bag of White Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Shortening
1 Cup of Holiday-Colored Chocolate Pieces
1 Cup of Rold Gold Sticks or Rold Gold Tiny Twists
1 Cup of Crushed Lay’s
Directions:
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Pour popcorn into a large bowl.
Mix in the chocolate pieces, pretzels, and Lay’s. Spread out on parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Place white chocolate chips and shortening into a microwave-safe bowl.
Cook for 45 seconds, remove from microwave, and stir. Continue cooking at 25 second intervals, stirring each time, until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Drizzle chocolate over popcorn mixture and gently mix until most pieces are covered with chocolate.
Let the mix cool and enjoy!
Smartfood Avalanche Popcorn Balls
Ingredients:
16 oz vanilla flavored candy coating (Almond Bark)
15 oz creamy peanut butter
6 cups of Smartfood Smart50 Popcorn
2 cups miniature marshmallows
⅔ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place marshmallows and chocolate chips in the freezer.
Melt vanilla candy coating according to package directions.
Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
Add popcorn and stir until completely coated. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
Place in refrigerator to chill.
